Neurodiverse couples coaching · ADHD · Autism · AuDHD

You speak different languages.
You share one love.

An 8-week coaching program for couples where one or both of you is neurodivergent. Stop the same fight on repeat, finally understand each other's minds, and feel close again. With neither of you cast as the problem.

Online · In English · Founding cohort starts Monday 11 January 2027 · Only 5 couples

Coming on your own for now? There's a path for you too

Most of the pain isn't a lack of love.
It's a lost translation.

One of you goes quiet and the other hears "I don't care." One of you hints and the other hears nothing at all. Two good hearts, two different operating systems, and nobody ever handed you the dictionary. Until now.

Two minds. Both understood. Neither is the problem.

If you're the one who feels alone

You're not too much. You've been decoding silences, carrying the remembering, and wondering why love feels so lonely.

Here you learn what's really behind the shutdowns and the forgetting, and how to ask for what you need in a way that finally lands.

If you're the one who's always "getting it wrong"

Nothing is wrong with you. You care more than you can show, and you're tired of masking just to be loved.

Here your brain is explained, never blamed, and home becomes the place where you can finally stop performing.

One-to-one coaching

On your own for now? That's a beginning too.

Private coaching, just you and me, built on the same tools as the couples program and adapted to you. It's for you if...

"My partner isn't ready yet."

You can still change a lot on your own. When one person changes the way they communicate, the whole relationship shifts. It's called systemic change, and it's often where couples begin.

"I want to understand how I love."

For neurodivergent people ready to stop masking and find a relationship where they can finally be themselves.

"I have feelings for someone on the spectrum."

For anyone who wants to understand a mind that works differently, before or while getting closer.

"I've lost track of who I really am."

For those who've worn so many masks they can't remember their own face, and want to find their way back to themselves.

Just you and me

6 private sessions of 2 hours, every two weeks

Time between sessions to try things out in real life, where change really happens.

Your coach, your translator

I wore so many masks, I forgot which face was mine.

I'm Sabina, and I found out I was neurodivergent late in life. Before that, relationships were a puzzle I couldn't solve. I became whoever the person in front of me needed, until one day I couldn't remember who I was underneath.

Love has always been what moves me. So I spent years studying how neurodivergent minds love, and why that love so often gets lost in translation. Then I trained as a certified coach to turn what I'd learned into something couples can actually use.

I know from the inside what it's like to be misunderstood. And I deeply understand the partner who loves someone and can't find the way in. With me, you're both heard. Nobody is the problem.

Neurodiverse couples face real challenges. But when the connection is there, your differences can become the strongest part of your love. Let's find your way back to each other.

Gentle answers to honest questions

Do we need a formal diagnosis?

No. Many couples join with a self-identified or suspected neurotype. What matters is that you both want to understand each other.

My partner isn't sure yet. Can I start alone?

Yes. You can start with one-to-one coaching: when one person changes the way they communicate, the whole relationship shifts. Many partners join later, once they see what's changing. Sharing the decoder above is often a gentle first step too.

Will we have to talk about our problems in front of other couples?

No. In the group calls you learn each tool together, then practise it privately with your partner in your own breakout room. Cameras are always optional, and nobody is asked to share more than they want.

Is this therapy?

No, it's coaching: practical tools and structure for everyday life together. If something needs clinical care, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right specialist.

How much time does it take?

For couples, about 2 to 3 hours a week: one video lesson, one live call and short exercises together, plus a 10-minute daily check-in. One-to-one coaching is one 2-hour session every two weeks, with small practices in between.

Is it right for us?

For couples, it's a great fit if you both want to show up and still believe this is worth it. It isn't the right fit if there is abuse, coercion or fear in the relationship; please reach out to a specialist support service instead.
